Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Equilibrium – Sight & Sound

Very hazy and moderately murky with light head retention, smells of pineapple, overripe mango, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The taste is dense and juicy with flavors of orange juice, papaya, pineapple, nectarine, lime, and kiwi on a soft and smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of apricot, grapefruit zest, pinot grigio, melon rinds, and floral hops. Overall, it’s not the juiciest EQ beer I’ve had, but it’s close, while also having an edge of Mosaic complexity underneath. Very good.
