Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Einstök Ölgerð – Winter Ale

Clear with solid head retention, smells of caramel, pine and subtle smoke. The taste is crisp and bready with notes of toasted bread, plum, caramel, cherry, and toffee on a smooth and creamy full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of pine, smoke, floral hops, and a hint of apricot. Overall, this is a lovely beer, very complex with a surprising depth of flavor, this is a deeply satisfying beer to sip on.
