I review the beers I drink

Downeast Cider – Cider Donut

Moderately hazy with no head retention, smells of baked apples, cinnamon, and rosé. The taste is sweet and spiced with flavors of fresh baked apple pie, cinnamon, and graham cracker on a full body. The finish is long and low in acidity, featuring notes of cinnamon, red apple skins, tart green apple, clove, and brown butter. Overall, this is quite a good cider, with a great mix of apple flavors, a perfect balance between sweet and tart, and just the right amount of cinnamon flavor; bravo!
