I review the beers I drink

Davidson Brothers – IPA

Davidson Brothers Restaurant & Brewery, Glens Falls, NY. Clear with an amber hue, smells of clean, biscuity malt and zesty floral hops; reminiscent of an English IPA. Smooth and creamy, in mouthfeel and taste, the malt is front and center here, the hops are merely for support and adding complexity to the warm, toasty finish. Definitely an English IPA, bordering on brown ale, but I like it just because it’s so hard to find this style nowadays.
