Clear with minimal head retention, smells of ginger and maybe faint citrus. The taste is sweet and lemony with a strong ginger flavor underneath a full body. The finish is short and spicy with the ginger almost reaching tongue burn before fading away. Overall, you gotta love ginger, but if you do, this is a great sessionable beer.
