Very lightly hazy with no head retention, smells of brown sugar, molasses, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. The taste is rich and lightly sweet, with flavors of charred french toast, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and raisins on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of burnt caramel, herbal hops and soft pine. Overall, I like this one, it’s a little more bold than a traditional quad, and the end result is both drinkable and intriguing.
