The first beer for tonight was 312, previously reviewed here.
Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of mango, orange blossom, and pine. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of sourdough bread, mango peel, and white grape on a smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of mango pith, grapefruit, pine, and floral hops. Overall, it’s an ok beer, it’s very crisp and refreshing, and does deliver on the mango flavor, though it’s not as juicy or intense as I would have expected.
