Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of tangerine, floral hops, and pine. The taste is crisp and raisinous, with flavors of toasted bread, raisins, pine resin, sherry, apple, brandy, pear, and grapefruit on a full body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of pine, grapefruit pith, lime peel, apricot, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s very fruity, but not in the way I am as expecting; instead of tropical fruits I get apple, pear, and raisin. Lack of freshness may be to blame…
