The taste is crisp and funky with flavors of peppery wheat, musty Belgian yeast, and orange oil on a medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of orange bitters, tangerine peel, residual yeast, and soft floral hops. Overall, it’s not bad, it’s a witbier with a more dominant orange peel flavor, though I was hoping for a little more of the sweet juiciness Clementines are known for.
