I review the beers I drink

Chang – Classic Lager

Clear with light head retention, smells of pale malt and grassy hops. The taste is crisp and lightly bready with flavors of saltines, honey, and rice crackers on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of grassy and herbal hops with just of touch of floral Jasmine. Overall, it’s a very light and inoffensive lager, great for cleansing the palate between bites of flavorful Thai food, and refreshing enough to make a decent summer session beer.
