Catatonic Spiced Apple Cider
Took a trip to New Hampshire randomly, and while at a beer store my girlfriend Amanda found these cool cat ciders made locally, I figured I’d review them whenever she decides to open them. It overfoamed on a gentle pour, I wish I could show you how fizzy it is, with chunks of yeast flying around and the head has a dark red tint. Smells of green apple and cinnamon. Taste follows, even a little bitter from the cinnamon, with a very bubbly mouthfeel. Finish is tart green apple.
