Just the slightest bit hazy with incredible head retention, smells of resinous, piney, and slightly citrusy hops. The taste is semi-sweet up front with notes of citrus juice mixed with toasted bread on a medium body. The finish is dry and full of floral, herbal, and pine notes; moderately bitter. Overall, a very good IPA; well balanced and a great variety of flavors and alcohol content that aren’t over the top like in a DIPA, and is consequently very sessionable yet hoppy enough to satisfy a craving.
