I review the beers I drink

Caduceus Cellars – Nagual del Agostina 2020

Pours a clear, pale golden color, smells of white grapes, jasmine rice, and pear. The taste is lightly sweet and fruity with flavors of pear, green apple, white grape juice and lime on a light body. The finish is long and moderately tart, featuring notes of lemon juice, soursop, lime, raspberry, and subtle pear. Overall, this is a surprisingly complex white, somehow dry and sweet at the same time, fruity, and with just enough acidity in the finish to balance it all out.
