I review the beers I drink

Brouwerij Van Steenberge – Augustijn Blond

Moderately hazy and lightly murky with light head retention, smells of banana bread. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of banana, pear, zucchini, and soft white pepper on a smooth full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of apricot, fig, herbal hops, and sourdough. Overall, this is a truly masterful beer; the layers are endless and the balance expertly composed.
