I review the beers I drink

Brouwerij St. Bernardus – Wit

Hazy with light head retention, smells of banana, clove, and sourdough. The taste is crisp and doughy with flavors of sourdough bread, banana bread, zucchini bread, and a hint of lemon on a soft medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, clove, herbal hops, and just a hint of funky Belgian yeast. Overall, this is downright delicious! Crisp and clean throughout, yet still delivering all the classic Belgian flavors you’d expect, most prominently the citrus notes. A quintessential witbier.
