I review the beers I drink

Brouwerij Lindemans – Pomme Lambic

Lindemans Pomme

Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of fresh red apple, green apple, and candied apple. The taste is sweet and aromatic with flavors of Fuji, Honeycrisp, Red Delicious, and Granny Smith apples on a smooth and syrupy full body. The finish is long and moderately acidic (no bitterness), and featuring notes of red apple skins, Apple Jacks cereal, green apples, and baked apples. Overall, this is a wonderful beer and delicious cider alternative! It features a smörgåsbord of apple flavors, all the best varieties for a well rounded and wonderfully complex beer with balanced sweetness and acidity.
