I review the beers I drink

Brouwerij Huyghe – Deliria

Barely hazy with light head retention, smells of sourdough, honey, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and funky with Belgian yeast flavors dominating and hints of banana, clove, and sourdough underneath the smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of lemon peel and floral/herbal hops. Overall this is a nice and, for a Belgian, light and drinkable ale, very well balanced with a clean finish.
