I review the beers I drink

Bronx Brewery – Das Bronx

Subtly hazy with light head retention, smells of toasted biscuits, caramel, and whole wheat grains. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted wheat bread, caramel, and honey on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of burnt caramel, charred bread, and spicy hops. Overall, it’s a solid beer, but the finish kinda reminds me of a Euro pilsner, thin and bitter with not a lot of sweetness. I also have to bring attention to the label art, possibly the first time I’ve ever complained about label art but this looks like an AI generated abomination, a bunch of (I think?) robots, some hovering, some walking, and I can’t tell what in the heck any of them are doing or what they have to do with Bavarian beer or The Bronx. I probably would never have noticed this beer at all in the store if not for the Bayrisch flag along the top and bottom.
