I review the beers I drink

Brewnited – Negative Input

“Brewnited is a group of local brewers [Northway Brewing, Adirondack Brewery, Bolton Landing Brewing Company, Druthers Brewing Company, Artisanal Brew Works, and Common Roots Brewing Company] working together to take the negative input that we are overwhelmed with and flip it upside down. All profits from the sales of this beer will be distributed to local tipped workers who are currently out of work.”

Clear with minimal head retention, smells of pilsner malts and grassy hops. The taste is crisp and doughy with a subtle sweetness reminiscent of honey underneath the medium body. The finish is moderate in duration and bitterness, with notes of herbal, grassy, and spicy hops. Overall, it’s nothing spectacular, but it is a well made and very enjoyable lager that I think will appeal to a wide audience and hopefully raise a lot of money.
