I review the beers I drink

Bombay & Fever Tree – “Bombay Dry & Tonic”

Smells of pine and juniper, but balanced with spice and citrus. The taste is sweet yet spicy, and also a bit woody, reminiscent of toasted cinnamon or cardamom, almost smoky, with a velvety smooth feel to it. The finish is long but low in bitterness, with notes of lemon peel, coriander, and licorice. Overall, this is a classic London Dry style gin, but much more mellow than Tanqueray, and a more complex botanical profile than Beefeater; very distinctive and very smooth.
