I review the beers I drink

Bell’s – Cherry Oberon

Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of cherries and cherry wood. The taste is bright and lightly tart with flavors of cherry, crackers, and a hint of pomegranate on a smooth, full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of sour cherry, clove, very subtle herbal hops and just the slightest hint of oak cask. Overall, it’s nice and bright, almost a sour but not quite, it’s quite enjoyable and refreshing. This beer would actually make a great starting point for someone who wanted to develop a palate for sour beers.
