I review the beers I drink

Beefeater & Fever Tree – “B&T”

Trying something new here as I’ve already reviewed most beers on the market right now, so gin and tonics it is! This recipe comes straight from the Beefeater website.

Smells of lemon and orange, but also subtle juniper and herbs. The taste is sweet and balanced with the bitterness of the alcohol, notes of citrus and juniper, as in the smell; body is light and effervescent. The finish is light but lingering in its bitterness, but overall very mild and enjoyable. Overall, it’s hard to place this among other gins as this is the first review I’ve done, but it very smooth and the Fever Tree, also my first time trying, is indeed a very good tonic. Keep an eye out for more of these reviews in the future!
