I review the beers I drink

Beak & Skiff – 1911 Original Cider

Clear with no head retention, smells of soggy Apple Jacks cereal. The taste is crisp and moderately sweet with flavors of fresh pressed apple juice and green apple on an effervescent medium body. The finish is long and moderately tart, featuring notes of apple skins, green apple, and mineral water. Overall, this is much better than the blueberry with an excellent balance between sweet and tart that finishes semi-dry.

Canned on 7/24/24
