I review the beers I drink

Beak & Skiff – 1911 Honeycrisp Cider

Clear with no head retention, smells of fresh, ripe Honeycrisp apples. The taste is bright and sweet with flavors of juicy Honeycrisp apple along with hints of caramel and honey underneath the effervescent medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in tartness, featuring notes of green apple, Honeycrisp apple skins, and floral notes reminiscent of Fuji at the end. Overall this is an incredible cider, one of the best I’ve ever had honestly, perfect balance between sweet and tart and aromatic, and with a respectable ABV.
