Well loyal reader(s), this will be the last review in my current apartment, I finish moving tomorrow and will have a new photo backdrop in my next review.
Anyway, hazy with thin head retention, smells of tropical and citrus, hint of floral, hint of pine, and just a touch of yeasty doughiness. The taste is crisp with subtle notes of citrus blended with a crisp toastiness from the malts and a thick, chewy body. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness with notes of citrus peel, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s a solid IPA; hop centric but with a strong malt presence and a drinkability that defies it’s ABV.
