Moderately hazy with visible sediment and minimal head retention, smells of floral hops, apple, honey, and a hint of yeasty funk. The taste is crisp and clean, yet with a light honey sweetness, bringing a duality to the malt profile, like 2 beers blended; medium body. The finish is fairly clean with low bitterness, notes of floral and herbal hops. Overall, this is a solidly sessionable yet commendably complex beer. There are some flavors in the finish that remind me of American adjunct lagers, but in this case, I feel it actually helps to make the beer more approachable for the masses.
