Ayinger – Celebrator Doppelbock

Clear with solid head retention, smells of dark roasted biscuits, chocolate, and rye. The taste is bready and semi-sweet with flavors of toasted wheat rolls, caramel, honey, and chocolate milk on a smooth and creamy medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of salted caramel, toffee, dark chocolate, herbal hops, and smoke. Overall, this is a wonderfully well rounded beer bursting with sweet and savory malt goodness and a chocolatey smooth finish. Currently the #1 Doppelbock in the world on BeerAdvocate!
