I review the beers I drink

Applewood Winery – Naked Flock Draft Cider

Crystal clear with zero head retention, smells of fresh apples with a strong acidity. The taste is sweet upfront and then bracingly tart with a medium body. The finish is moderate in length and astringency, with notes of tart apple. Overall, it’s more tart than I would prefer but still drinkable, though I don’t really get any notes from the yeast.
