Pours a clear watermelon colored hue, smells of raspberry, strawberry, and roses. The taste is tart and sweet, with notes following the nose of raspberry, strawberry, and lime on a medium, bubbly body. The finish is long and tart, featuring notes of sour candies, green apple, and subtle lime zest before the palate cleansing salivation comes through. Overall, it’s very fruity, sweet, and although a bit too tart for my taste, the effervescence is certainly a refreshing change of pace.
