Angry Orchard – Easy Apple

So, I got a new Angry Orchard “Orchard Glass” for Christmas, and I’m finally breaking it in. I had to track down a fall sampler because as of 2018, Angry Orchard is only releasing non seasonal 4-variety 12-packs.

Anyway, this cider is very slightly hazy with no head retention, smells of apple, obviously, more towards the tart and acidic side. The taste is both sweet and tart, without being cloying or puckering, with a moderate body. The finish is bright and crisp, with a quick fade and a lingering taste reminiscent of apple skin. Overall, a very drinkable cider, all the flavors of biting into a fresh apple, without focusing too much on any one flavor.
