I review the beers I drink

Anchor – Steam Beer

Haven’t had this in a long time, a unique style involving warm fermented lager yeast. Crystal clear with a dense, sticky head, smell is faint, but notes of fresh fruits and grains can be found. Taste is assertively hoppy up front, but the clean malt and creamy mouthfeel take over in the end, along with an additional smoothness from the yeast, and fades into an incredibly crisp a clean finish. Dangerously sessionable, the combo of great flavor and clean finish leaves me wanting for another sip.
