I review the beers I drink

Adirondack – Easy Hike Session IPA

Slightly hazy with moderate head retention, smells of heavy pine resin with subtle grapefruit note underneath. Taste is a thick, oily hop character straight away, kinda reminiscent of a 90 Minute. A toasty malt profile underneath everything and a slick mouthfeel lead to a moderately bitter resinous hop finish. I make fun of “session IPAs” on this site, because I feel they should just be called pale ales, but with this beer’s low ABV and intense hop profile, I think the name is actually justified. This is a solid beer, very tasty, but personally I prefer higher ABV IPAs.
