I review the beers I drink

Josephsbrau – PLZNR

Josephsbrau PLZNR

Hey, check it out, another Czech style pilsner! Clear with a faint chill-haze, and a thin ring of foam, smells of grassy hops and pale grains. Taste is crisp and bright, almost no sweetness, and a full body. Finish is dry and moderately bitter, flavors of grassy and herbal hops before the clean finish. Overall, it’s almost identical to the Bohemian Lager. Honestly, I think that one was balanced a little better, this one is slightly more hop forward.
