I review the beers I drink

Sandeman – Late Bottled Vintage 2018 Porto

Pours a very hazy & murky blood red hue, smells of cranberry, oak, and alcohol. The taste is rich and decadent with flavors of plum, cherry, strawberry, lingonberry, watermelon, and chocolate on a silky smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter and astringent, featuring notes of oak, dark chocolate, tobacco, roasted marshmallow, forest floor, and coffee. Overall, this is by far the most complex and luxurious tasting Porto of the ones I’ve sampled; this wine is absolutely bursting with flavors from all across the wine spectrum expertly layered and balanced and smooth. Perfection in a glass.
