Pours the color of fresh honey, smells of peach, apricot, wildflower honey, and pecans. The taste is sweet and tart with flavors of apple juice, pear, strawberry lemonade, and pecan praline on a silky smooth light body. The finish is long and dry with a bright moderate acidity, featuring notes of lemon zest, Bananas Foster, hazelnut, sour cherry, honey-buttered rolls, oak, grape must, and a touch of sea salt. Overall this is an interesting wine, I think I prefer to Boal, but the combination of fruity flavors, a bright acidity, and a dry but not tannic finish is very refreshing and pleasant to sip.
