Tree House – Sunshower Cold Brew Coffee

Smells of roasted coffee, toffee, and caramel. The taste is lightly tart with a touch of sweetness and flavors of raspberry, cherry, green apple, salted caramel, and honey on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in acidity and virtually no bitterness, featuring notes of grape leaves, lemon juice, dark chocolate, and a touch of smoke. Overall, it’s the most interesting one yet, I really like the variety of flavors layered throughout, but I’m still not a fan of the acidity. Adding cream thankfully hides some of it.
