I review the beers I drink

Sierra Nevada – Dual Torpedo

Clear with light head retention, smells of orange blossom, fresh citrus and floral hops. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted wheat bread, caramel, honey, and subtle stone fruits underneath a slick full body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, pine, grapefruit, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s a big bitter hop bomb, but somehow still smooth and refined, with a nice wide array of hip flavors and an impeccable balance. I think I prefer this over the original Torpedo.
