I review the beers I drink

Trillium – PM Dawn

Pitch black with no light able to pass through, head retention is solid, smells of coffee, chocolate milk, and a touch of vanilla. The taste is rich and smooth with flavors of caramel, toffee, milk chocolate, and cappuccino on a silky smooth and creamy extra full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of dark chocolate, cold brewed coffee, vanilla cream, toffee, salted caramel, and a hint of smoke. Overall, this is an incredible stout. I’ve had various variants of this stout before: Cacao, Coconut, and Peanut Butter, but this is my first time trying the original and it’s so smooth and decadent and perfectly balanced.
