Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of vanilla, cake frosting, and nutmeg. The taste is smooth and lightly sweet with flavors of sweet cream, pumpkin pie, sourdough, and coconut milk in a luscious soft and creamy full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of coconut cream, vanilla, pumpkin spiced latte, and very subtle herbal hops. Overall, this is nice, it kinda surprised me to see a spiced holiday ale this pale, but the smooth and creamy body and pastry-like flavors make this drink like a blonde stout.
