I review the beers I drink

Summit – Sága IPA

Clear with a thick rocky head, smells of limoncello, pineapple, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted biscuits, wheat crackers, and subtle citrus underneath the coarse full body. The finish is long and high in bitterness, featuring notes of pine, lemon peel, and herbal hops. Overall this is a solid West Coast style IPA, dense and resinous with pine sap and hop oils at sessionable ABV.
