Coyote Hole Craft Beverages – Apparition Pumpkin Pie Cider

Clear with no head retention, smells of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar. The taste is crisp and semisweet, with flavors of fresh made apple pie, cinnamon streusel, and a hint of pumpkin on a slick medium body. The finish is long and low in acidity, featuring notes of pumpkin pie, dried apple chips, and just of touch of tart green apple. Overall, this is actually pretty good, it delivers on the pumpkin pie flavors, with detectable notes of both pumpkin and spices, but it’s also still a cider and tastes like apples; very nicely balanced.
