I review the beers I drink

Urban Chestnut Brewing Company – Schnickelfritz

Moderately hazy with minimal head retention, smells of banana, clove, and sourdough. The taste is doughy and citrusy with flavors of sourdough, banana bread, and lemon on a soft medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of overripe bananas, clove, grassy/floral hops, lemon zest, and mineral water. Overall, this is a very flavorful and easy drinking hefe, but the lemon notes are a little too strong IMO.
