Lightly hazy with minimal head retention, smells of saltines, grassy hops, and a hint of smoke. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of saltines, Ritz crackers, sourdough and honey on a coarse medium body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of pine, grassy/spicy/herbal hops, and a touch of botanical cannabis distillate (this beer does not contain cannabis). Overall, it’s crisp and smooth and has a strong pale maltiness to balance the assertive hops. A faithful rendition of the style.
