I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Simcoe All Ways

Super hazy and opaque but not murky, head retention is great, smells of dried papaya, peach gummies, and pineapple. The taste is dense and luscious with flavors of ripe papaya, fresh peaches, orange juice, and pineapple on a ridiculously soft and creamy full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of grapefruit, lime peel, cantaloupe, pine, and floral/herbal hops. Overall, this is an incredible DIPA, surprisingly complex for a single-hop beer and of the smoothest, creamiest ales I’ve ever had!
