I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Almighty Julius

A Triple IPA version of Julius!

Super hazy and murky, with just a pale orange glow from a flashlight, reminiscent of the backside of a lit jack-o’-lantern; head retention is incredible, smells of mango, peach, papaya, and tangerine. The taste is dense and intense, with flavors of orange juice, mango, peach, papaya, and pineapple on a super thick and creamy, fuller than full body. The finish is long and high in bitterness, featuring notes of apricot, guava, pine, cantaloupe, lime peel, and herbal/floral hops. Overall this beer is absolutely divine. I normally find TIPAs to be a bit too strong and biased towards oily pine resin notes, but this beer is like a splash of that added into a King Julius, or like a slightly stronger version of Emperor Julius.
