I review the beers I drink

New Glarus – Cabin Fever

Smells of pale malt, honey, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and lightly sweet with flavors of toasted bread, clover honey, and butterscotch on a smooth and creamy full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of sourdough, apricot, orange peel, and herbal hops. Overall I appreciate that I can actually taste the honey here, and it’s quite well balanced with malty and hoppy flavors.
