I review the beers I drink

Brouwerij Verhaeghe – Duchesse Cherry

Lightly hazy with minimal head retention, smells of cherry, balsamic, apple cider. The taste is tart and lightly sweet with flavors of raspberry, rhubarb, and cranberry on a slick medium body. The finish is long and moderately high in acidity, featuring notes of sour cherry Warheads candies, lemon juice, a hint of oak and intense salivation. Overall, this one is ok. The cherry flavor underneath is nice but the intense tartness is too much for my palate, I prefer the original.
