I review the beers I drink

Brouwerij Bosteels – Kwak Amber

Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of wheat dinner rolls, honey, and graham crackers. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of fresh baked biscuits, Ritz crackers, toffee sourdough and honey on a soft medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of grapefruit, burnt caramel, and herbal hops. Overall, this is a delicious beer, exquisitely balanced and nuanced, I would wager a guess that this was at least part of the inspiration behind Fat Tire Amber Ale.
