I review the beers I drink

Brouwerij Lindemans – Framboise Lambic

Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of raspberry, black currant, and elderberry. The taste is sweet and tart with flavors of raspberry jam, cherry, pomegranate, and lingonberry on a smooth and syrupy full body. The finish is long and moderately high in acidity (no bitterness), and featuring notes of raspberry, black cherry Warheads candy, and strawberry bon bons that slowly fades out as salivation builds on the palate. Overall this is quite good! Great raspberry flavor and it has enough sweetness to balance out the sour finish. I wish more American sours were this balanced.
