Very hazy but not murky and with light head retention, smells of sourdough, floral hops, and a light Belgian funk. The taste is crisp and doughy with flavors of buttery Ritz crackers, sourdough, white pepper, banana, and a touch of hazelnut on a soft and surprisingly dense full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of grapefruit zest, herbal hops, and just a hint of Belgian yeast. Overall this is a fantastic beer, almost fluffy on the plate and assertively hopped but with bold doughy malts to balance it all out. Currently the #1 Belgian Blonde Ale in the world on BeerAdvocate!
